At OROA Trade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury home furnishings, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all protective materials, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package back to our distribution center; please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
